In this example, you will see how I approached an iterative piece of work. During this project, the initial brief was a visual redesign. Once the redesign was completed, I looked into how we could add more functionality, bring the chatbot to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and improve the messaging experience for customers. Enjoy!
